This task is targeted to those users who are living away from home & are interested in cooking but don't have enough time like people who are doing service or are students living in hostels.


Never-ending variety
There are
1500 mango variety in India and almost all of them are used for making pickles.
Despite using the same main ingredients, the differences in preparation techniques and spices can lead to a wide variation in Indian pickles. A mango pickle from South India may taste very different from one made in North India—the southern states prefer sesame oil and tend to produce spicier pickles, while the northern states prefer mustard oil.




Why 1Kg?
Generally, people who make achaar makes it in large quantities, they possess large utensils that are capable to access that amount of ingredients easily.
Here we are catering to a user group that might also involve those who are trying to make achaar for the first time for 1 kg of material is enough to be mixed in general sized uthensils

Ingredients
(Apart from mango)

4 tbsp mustard seeds - 15 x 4 = 60 gm

3 tsp fennel seeds = 30 gm
-
2 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds = 10 gm

6 tbsp red chilli powder = 90 gm -
5 garlic powder = 50gm

3 tsp salt = 15 gm salt
-
Mustard oil = 250 ml
Overall, the total weight of the package will reach 1 kg.
